Pretty simple

1) no flamming, cursing at someone, intently angering frustrating or hurting a player or automatic ban if caught or reported
2) Please keep all avatars and signitures appropiate no naked pictures please and keep the size REASONABLE!!!!

it will save people with little bandwith very long times to load one page.Also look at my signiture the big picture is sitting snugly in the spoiler so whoever wants to see it while those who dont want to or as i said have little bandwith can still be able to view pages
